Step 1: Grind & Prep

Before you can start to lay a new floor, you first need to make sure the surface is clean and even. This process is known as grinding and prepping the floor. Grinding involves using a power tool to remove any existing paint, sealant, or dirt from the floor surface. This creates a clean slate for the new flooring to be laid on. Sept 2: Repair Chips & Cracks
